procurement process. Our services include, but are not limited to, dealership price negotiations, vehicle
locating, trade-in valuation analysis, and lease/finance contract review. We act as a consultant and
advocate for the consumer, not as a licensed motor vehicle dealer or broker.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While DealerNuker.com utilizes industry expertise to secure the best possible terms for our clients, we
do not guarantee specific pricing, interest rates, or availability of specific vehicle inventory. All final
transaction terms are subject to the approval of the third-party automotive dealership and/or financial
institution.
3. Fees and Payments
Service Fees: Our fees are outlined in your individual service agreement or selected package at
checkout.
Payment Timing: Unless otherwise specified, fees are due in full upon engagement of services.
Refund Policy: Due to the labor-intensive nature of our consulting work, fees are generally non-
refundable once negotiations have commenced. If a dealership refuses to honor a deal
negotiated by DealerNuker.com, a partial credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective service, the Client must:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding their credit profile, trade-in vehicle
condition, and desired vehicle specifications.
Be prepared to act promptly on negotiated deals, as dealership inventory and market programs
change frequently.
Disclose any prior contact made with specific dealerships regarding the vehicle in question.

5. Relationship Disclosure
DealerNuker.com is an independent consulting firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or specific dealership group. We do not receive "kickbacks" or
undisclosed commissions from dealerships; our loyalty lies strictly with the Client.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: DealerNuker.com is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Any
review of contracts or financial documents is for the purpose of identifying deal terms and market consistency
only. Clients should consult with qualified legal or tax professionals for specific advice regarding their
individual circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealerNuker.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising out of the vehicle purchase process, including but not limited to
mechanical failures of the purchased vehicle, dealership breach of contract, or financing denials. Our
total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DealerNuker.com, including negotiation strategies, proprietary scripts, and website
content, is the intellectual property of DealerNuker.com and may not be reproduced or shared with third
parties without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which
DealerNuker.com is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
